Stations: 
An affordable alternative and lots of fun! For any of the following stations, serving staff is required. Casual clear plastic cups or plates are included. Martini Glass, Mason Jars or other serving vessel are available to rent for an additional fee.

Redskin Mashed Potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese, grilled mushrooms, onions & peppers, sour cream, smoky bacon bits and smoky brown brisket gravy

Smoked Sweet Potatoes, orange-bourbon butter, bourbon pecan-pralines, 
nutmeg & cinnamon marshmallow creme and granola streusel topping

Mac ‘n Cheese Bar:
Creamy, cheesy smoked Mac ‘n Cheese, bleu cheese crumbles, smoky bacon bits, grilled mushrooms, onions & peppers and tomatoes with green chilies

Mini Shortcake Slider Dessert Bar:
Fresh Buttermilk Biscuits, bourbon peaches, maple strawberry sauce and triple berry balsamic topping
with whipping cream and granola streusel topping

SMOKED TRI-TIP ROAST WITH RASPBERRY-CHIPOTLE - 
 Hand rubbed with seasonings and spices then slow-smoked until tender and moist. 
Served on Slider Buns with our Handcrafted Raspberry-Chipotle Sauce.

MUSTARD AND HONEY GLAZED SMOKED SPIRAL HAM -
Our in-house smoked spiral ham is basted with a mustard-brown sugar and spice glaze then slow-smoked for several hours. Topped with Bourbon–Pecan Praline Sauce. Served on Slider Buns. 

SMOKED PORK TENDERLOIN CRANBERRY-APPLE -          
    Rosemary, herbs and spice rubbed then slow-smoked until tender and moist. 
Glazed with our Spiced Cranberry-Apple Port Wine Glaze. Served on Slider Buns. 
 

GOURMET BARBEQUE SLIDER BAR -
