Service & Delivery Options:
We have a minimum dollar amount of $397.50 for delivery.
Some of our buffets require service staff, chefs, grillers & carvers. Please ask us about each buffet's individual service options.
Disposable Delivery - All food is delivered in Aluminum Tins, Plastic Bowls & Trays. Delivery charge is based on location. Minimum Delivery Charge is $30.00.
Delivery/Setup/Pick-up - We'll bring the Chafing Dishes, Bowls, Tubs, Baskets and Food for your Buffet then return later to Pick-up these items. Sorry, no Table Coverings or Decor are included in the price of this Option. This Option is not available at outside or unprotected, unsupervised areas. Minimum Delivery charge is $40.00. Pick-up may have to be arranged for the following day.
Attended Buffet - $75.00 -$100.00 per Staff Person. A Coordination Fee and a Trip Charge may also apply. Includes attractive Buffet Equipment & Light Decor. Our staff will Set-up, Maintain & Clean-up the Buffet. Buffet will be served for 45 minutes to 1-1/2 hours, depending upon group size. Plate clearing is not included in this option, however, we will gladly provide this service for an additional charge .
Service Staff are available for plate clearing, room set-up full service catering, bartending, etc. Hourly rates are $18.00 - $25.00 per staff hour. A Coordination Fee (15-20%) to cover the costs of coordinating, scheduling, equipment and transporting to your event may also apply.

You are more than welcome to provide your own appetizers, beverages and desserts (please check rules of your rental hall), however, we do not allow food not prepared by and purchased from Whiskey River to be displayed with our buffets. Please provide a separate table for these items.
Deposits and Payments:
We will require a deposit to secure the date for you and your guests. Approximately 3 months prior to your event an additional 50% deposit will be required based on the estimated guests. Final payment in full including rental and other charges, is due 10 days prior to your event along with your final guest count. We apologize, but we do not accept Credit Cards.
