Service & Delivery Options:

Some of our buffets require service staff, chefs, grillers & carvers. Please ask us about each buffet's individual service options.

Buffet Pricing Includes:

(except for Disposable Delivery)

  • For staffed events, food is served in Chafing Dishes, Bowls, Tubs & Baskets with Serving Utensils provided.
  • Complimentary disposable "Chinet" Plates & Party Packs (napkin, fork, knife, salt & pepper).

  • "Chinet" Plates with clear plastic flatware plus dinner napkin - Add: $.75 additional per person.

  • Add a clear dessert plate, fork and cocktail napkin - Add: $.75 additional per person.

  • Upgraded Disposable Package includes Silver-rimmed re-usable Dinner and Dessert plates, 2 silver forks, silver knife and silver spoon plus white disposable dinner napkin, cocktail napkin and 9 oz clear water cup - $2.50 per person.

  • China, glassware and silverware upgrades are also available. Please talk to our event coordinator for more details.

  • Enhanced Buffet Display & Theme Buffets are available for an additional cost.

  • Most buffets take up a minimum of two eight foot tables. You are required to provide us with these tables to set up your buffet.

  • Rentals, service staff, griller's and chef's and MTC Service charges are not included in the per person price

 

Rentals- We are happy to arrange for linens, china, glassware and silverware, tables, chairs, tents for you. Blue enamelware, mason jars and checked, bandana, denim and burlap linens are also available for a more rustic look.

Disposable Delivery- All food is delivered in Aluminum Tins, Plastic Bowls & Trays. Delivery charge is based on location. Minimum Delivery Charge is $30.00 and is based on location and logistics.

Attended Buffet- $125.00 per Staff Person for 3 hours on-site. A Trip Charge or additional drive time may also apply. Our staff will be available for up to 3 hours on-site to Set-up, Maintain & Clean-up the Buffet. Buffet will be served for approx. 1 hour. Plate clearing and cake service are not included in this option, however, we will gladly provide this service for an additional charge. Additional time on-site will be charged at $25.00 per hour per staff person.

Full Service Staff- Some events and venues require full service catering staff. We are available from start to finish, to include table and chair set up, linen and china, glassware and silverware set up, buffet, apps and dessert table set up, service and breakdown and final cleanup according to the venue or facility requirements.Hourly rates are $21.00 - $27.00 per staff hour. Please note thathourly staff charges will include staff drive time and begin at the time our vehicles are loaded at the kitchen throughreturn to kitchen and final cleanup. One staff person per every 20-25 guests on average.

MTC Service Charge:AMaterials, Transportation and Coordination Service Charge of 20-30%is a percentage added to the food and beverage and will be added to your final invoice and will be taxed atcurrent Colorado State and City Sales Tax rates. The MTC Fee is what goes into your catered event that you don't see, i.e. overhead, liability insurance,fuel, vehicle insurance and maintenance, equipment maintenance, administrative costs, tastings, site visits, planning and coordinating your event. The amount assessed depends on the complexity of your event, additional venue fees, type of service requested, etc. Please note, this is not a Gratuity. Gratuities are left to your discretion and are not included in the MTC Fee.

Deposits and Payments:
We will require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date for you and your guests. Approximately 3 months prior to your event an additional50% deposit will be required based on the estimated guests. Final payment in full including rental and other charges, is due 10 days prior to your event along with your final guest count. We apologize, but we do not accept Credit Cards for catered events.
