TEXAS BEEF BRISKET - We don't hurry this one! Rubbed with our special Brisket Rub, this one is smoked for 12-15 hours! Tender, moist, full of flavor. Add $.50 per person

SPICY HERB & SPICE SMOKED CHICKEN - Our spicy herb & spice dry rub makes this an award winning combination! Tender & moist.

SMOKED HOT POLISH LINKS - Smoked links are diagonally sliced. Full of flavor and heat!

MEMPHIS-STYLE PORK SPARERIBS - With our award winning dry rub these spareribs are so tender, they plum fall off the bone! Add: $2.00 per person
